Our class discussion and class readings continue to reinforce that Jerusalem is a city which is full of conflict, both historically and today.
Yet, the image which was chosen to be central to the class blog, does not show this conflict - it shows hope.
Though some may say that representing the class and Jerusalem in such a manner is unrealistic, I like that we have chosen this picture.
This image offers hope for peace and harmony while inspiring people to work to achieve that peace and harmony.

After looking over images, I do not think I can objectively come up with a collated image which would represent all peoples of Jerusalem equally.
I still do not know enough about Jerusalem, and her people especially, to create an image which would be equal.

Therefore, I think we should stick with the image of the sun over the city.
I think this is an image which does not show much symbolism in regards to taking a side, and it can be viewed from the eyes of many and defined in multiple ways.
